Shipping & Policies
Shipping to the UK Mainland is FREE of charge, and is on a next working day delivery service. Orders for TIMBERPRO branded products, placed up till 2pm on a working day will be despatched that day, for delivery the next working day.
Orders for other items will be shipped the next working day, for delivery within 2-3 working days.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order to an international address, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically for you, and will be displayed at the time of ordering giving you options of which service and delivery timescale you wish to choose. International orders are usually delivered within 3-7 days, however the delivery time estimate will be calculated along with the cost of each service.
If the item you ordered is a preorder, you will see this along with the estimated date of dispatch on the item page, as well as your confirmation email. Preorders are for items that are either out of stock, or are new products which we have yet to receive. Preordered items will be dispatched on date show. Preordered items for delivery within the UK will be dispatched on a 24 hour service for delivery the following working day. International orders will be delivered subject to the timescales shown above.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the half KG, and international shipments may be calculated at Volumetric Weight.
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or email).
For faulty or damaged goods, you have 30 days in which to reject the goods and return the item for a full refund.
You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –
- 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
- (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
- If there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, as you would reasonably do so in a shop.
